Ingredients: concentrated bran juice 5kg, potato starch 0.5kg, licorice powder 0.25kg, 15L
Production method: Concentrated wolfberry fruit juice 5kg, potato starch 0.5kg, licorice powder 0.25kg, added 15L mineral water, heated to 100 degrees Celsius stirring mixing, about 30min, stop heating, add the remaining mineral water. When the temperature drops below 60 degrees Celsius, the remaining starch is added. After stirring and mixing again, the moisture content was dried to approximately 3% at a temperature of 80 degrees Celsius, and then pulverized to 0.5 mm or less with a pulverizer to obtain powder of wolfberry fruit juice.
Finished product: Finally, a tableting machine is used to form a lozenge with a diameter of 9 mm to obtain a solid food of gardenia juice.
