WT-CS series high speed cotton swab making machine is used to produce high quality cotton swab, it can produce different kinds of cotton swab with different packaging. The whole machine contains 3 parts , all the three parts are controlled by PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), with making, drying, packaging in one system. It is suitable to produce the cotton swab for cosmetics and medical use. And also suit to make single head and double head cotton swab.

Introducing 1.The machine adopts closed hot air circulation energy saves, the
power of machine is 6 KW  cotton swabs go through in the oven,
drying by the  hot air circulation , when go out of the oven the water
content of swab is no more than 1%, it is true dry.
2. The counting part use the  japan imported  high precision
optical fiber, which ensure the counting precision.
3.Self detect function which ensure the stable of the machine and
protect  The machine and shows the error code when there is something
wrong with the machine. It will  show you how to deal with the problem 
by the hint of the error code.
4. The tail packing parts adopts automatic counting and robot hand,
which makes the accurately number of each packing.
